- Manage the endless tasks of motherhood with more confidence and peace instead of stress and guilt

- Involve your kids in household rhythms and cultivate a true family team dynamic
I didn’t grow up knowing how to run a home.
When I became a stay-at-home mom, I had the desire—but not the tools. I was well-educated, had worked in medicine, and could write a dissertation… yet managing a home with little ones felt harder than anything I had ever done.
I wanted to love motherhood—but most days, I was just surviving until naptime.
The laundry piled up. Meals felt constant. The days were chaotic. No matter how hard I tried, I never felt like I was doing enough—or doing it well.
Eventually I realized: I simply had never been taught how to manage a home. No wonder it was so exceptionally difficult!
So I started learning.
I studied habit research, biblical rhythms, and how real women built homes that worked. Slowly, I began layering one rhythm at a time—starting with what mattered most.
I stopped copying other people’s routines and started creating systems that fit my home, my season, and my values.
And eventually I got to the place where, for the first time, I could honestly say:
“I love being a mother, and I love building our home.”
Praise the Lord!
Not because everything was perfect—but because I finally had direction. Routines I could rely on. And greater insight into knowing how to love my family well.
That’s what Rooted Rhythms is all about.
And that’s what I want for you, too.

"Lauren handles the responsibilities of raising multiple children with such grace. She doesn’t seem to be at her wit’s end, but instead interacts with her husband and kids with a fun, peaceful temperament. Her home seems both lived-in (not sterile) and orderly (not chaotic)—a balance so many of us long for. I’m eager to begin her course and trust that her advice will help remove some of the chaos and stress from my own life!"
What exactly does the Rooted Rhythms Method cover?
Â
Module 1: The Bare Minimum Blueprint
Before you can build lasting routines, you need a foundation that carries you on the hardest days. In this module, you’ll create a simple “safety net” rhythm—your Bare Minimum Blueprint—that keeps your home functional even when life feels overwhelming. Think of it as your fallback plan: clear, doable, and designed to help you breathe again.
We’ll cover topics like:
- Identifying the non-negotiables that keep your home afloat
- Building a simple, repeatable daily framework that steadies your days
- Learning when to use your Bare Minimum Blueprint (and when not to)
- Gaining confidence by knowing what “enough” looks like in your home
- And more

Module 2:  Strong Roots: Priorities, Vision, and Habits That Last
Before you build new routines, it’s crucial to get clear on what matters most. In this module, you’ll root your homemaking in your identity in Christ and your family’s values—so the rhythms you create actually reflect who you are and what you care about most. You’ll learn how to set priorities, cast a vision for your home’s atmosphere, and use simple habit tools that make change stick (without relying on more willpower or discipline).
We’ll cover topics like:
- Grounding your homemaking in the gospel—not striving or law-keeping
- Casting a vision for the kind of home atmosphere you want to create
- Identifying your family’s Top 5 Priorities and aligning your rhythms with them
- Choosing a planning method that works for you
- Learning to apply habit research principles in practical homemaking

Module 3: Growing Rhythms-Daily Routines That WorkÂ
Now it’s time to move from planning into action. In this module, you’ll create peaceful, productive daily routines that fit your real life.Â
We’ll start small, layering one anchor at a time, and show you how to use tools like time blocking and habit principles to help you peacefully manage your home. By the end, you’ll have a morning-to-night rhythm that helps you get things done while leaving space for connection and joy in your home.
We’ll cover topics like:
- Time-blocking 101: designing your day in 3–5 flexible blocks
- Choosing your first anchor (morning or evening) and practicing it until it sticks
- Creating a life giving morning routine
- Evening resets that set you up for smoother mornings
- Mealtime rhythms that double as natural anchors for kids and parents alike
- Building rest and refreshment into your day (without guilt)
- Avoiding pitfalls: how to stay flexible when life doesn’t go as planned

Module 4: Branching Out-Weekly Rhythms That Simplify Life
Once your daily anchors are steady, it’s time to zoom out and give your week a rhythm. In this module, you’ll use themed days—a simple way to batch chores and tasks so you’re not constantly deciding what to do next.
You’ll create recurring systems for cleaning, laundry, errands, and meal planning, while also building in margin and rest.Â
We’ll cover:
- Why weekly themes work (efficiency + mental space)
- How to pick one high-impact theme day to start with
- Cleaning, laundry, and meal planning rhythms that fit your season
- Setting up a Weekly Reset for peace of mind
- Using cues and habit stacking to keep rhythms simple
- Avoiding overload and protecting family rest

Module 5: Fruitful Rhythms-Training Kids in Chores & CharacterÂ
A peaceful home is a team effort. In this module, you’ll learn how to bring your kids into the daily rhythms so the weight isn’t only on you. Children thrive on predictable routines, and research shows that chores build confidence and responsibility—while Scripture reminds us that training them with consistency is part of our calling.
Inside, you’ll learn:
- Simple morning & evening anchors for kids
- Obedience practice and training littles
- Chore systems by age (with charts & templates)
- How to teach children how to do chores
- Creative ways to handle resistance with patience and fun

Module 6: Rooted & Flourishing-Habits That LastÂ
This final module is all about staying consistent for the long run. You’ll learn how to troubleshoot setbacks, adjust your routines when life shifts, and know exactly when it’s time to layer on something new.
We’ll walk through:
- Simple check-ins to reflect and adjust
- When and how to layer in new habitsÂ
- Quick resets using your Bare-Minimum Blueprint
- Practical strategies to push past perfectionism
- Adapting rhythms through life changes (new baby, illness, busy seasons)
By the end, you won’t just have routines in place—you’ll have the skills to refine, reset, and grow them for years to come.

Why Is It So Hard for Most Women to Build Rhythms That Stick?
Â
So many women long for a peaceful, structured home—but give up before they ever see it happen. It feels impossible. Why? Because they believe they need…
Â
- A lot of extra time
- To be completely “out of overwhelm” before starting
- Natural organization and discipline to make it work
- A total life overhaul to see real change
- Some extravagant justification to spend money on help like this
Â
But the truth is—none of that is required. Homes can begin running more smoothly with:
Â
- Short, simple lessons designed for busy, overwhelmed moms
- A bare-minimum blueprint that keeps things functional even in intense seasons
- Simple systems and habits that carry the weight of daily life
- A true fresh start with guidance and tools most women were never taught
- A one-time investment that pays for itself—most women spend more on a month of takeout and impulse buys than on this entire course
- Biblical truth, gently woven in—strengthening both heart and home
Â
And that’s exactly what Rooted Rhythms walks women through—step by step.

"I’m a stay-at-home, homeschooling mom to seven children—ages 14 down to 9 months—and I consider myself fairly experienced in those roles. Yet I’ve always felt like I could be doing things better: more organized, more joyful, more efficient, if only I could nail down a steady rhythm and routine.
Lauren’s YouTube videos and course were the perfect answer to that desire! She is the real deal—not only does she teach clearly, but she also lives out the very systems she shares. Seeing the fruit of those systems in her own home is what first drew me to her course.
Lauren has stepped into a huge need in our day, where so many women long to steward their homes and families well but don’t have the framework to make it happen. She speaks with grace, truth, and encouragement—and that combination is rare.
I cannot recommend this course enough. It will bless you, your family, and even generations to come."
